Flying from London, Gatwick Airport
The price of your inclusive Flamenco Holiday includes flights to Malaga, Spain, from Gatwick airport, UK. In order to keep your holiday costs down, we use budget airlines and book your flight as soon as we have received your deposit. (We will, of course, refund your deposit in the unlikely event that we have to cancel the holiday). The advertised price for the Alhaurin holiday will remain fixed until 4th April 2010. This is the date by which you need to pay your final balance. If there are increased flight costs, bookings taken after that date may attract a supplement
Flying from other airports, UK and elsewhere
We can organise your flight from an alternative airport if this is your preference. Flights from outside the UK are likely to attract additional costs. In the UK, we can usually keep within budget if you book early, but occasionally we may find it necessary to add a supplement to the cost of your holiday. We will let you know the amount of the supplement, if any, when we have received your booking form, before you incur any costs. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your deposit. If you prefer to arrange your own flights, please check our terms and conditions regarding transfer arrangements.
Arrival
We aim to use flights which get our students to Malaga airport between 10.00 a.m and 12 noon on arrival day. You will be met at the airport and taken to your hotel in Alhaurin by car or coach. If we have found it necessary to book you on a flight that arrives later than our normal times, individual arrangements will be made for your transfer.
The official check-in time at the Hotel is 3.00 p.m. The hotel staff, however, are really helpful and allow access to rooms as soon as they are ready - which they usually are by the time we arrive. In the unlikely event that you have to wait, the hotel has a charming bar. You could, if you prefer, leave your luggage in the hotel and explore the town.
Departure
The official check-out time from the Hotel is 10.00.am., but you will be leaving earlier than this. You will be collected from your hotel and taken to Malaga airport. Since we aim to use flights which leave between 10.00 a.m. and 12 noon, this means an early start! You will be given full details of departure arrangements (collection times etc) in your Holiday Itinerary, which you receive on arrival. Occasionally, students who have chosen not to use Gatwick airport find that their flight times are later than the rest of the group. They will need to consider how to spend the waiting time. This occurs only rarely and we can provide lots of ideas about places to go, things to do.
Almodóvar del Rio

7-day inclusive dance or guitar holiday courses in Almodóvar can be
arranged throughout the year for groups of any size.
For groups of a minimum
10 students, prices can be drastically reduced, so don't hesitate to contact us
for a quotation.
Travel arrangements will be similar to those stated above, for the Alhaurin
holiday (although the return flights will be at a later time!). You will fly to Malaga airport and transfers
to/from Almodóvar will be organised and included in the cost of your holiday. On
arrival, staff from the Flamenco Centre at Almodóvar will be on hand to look after you.

Insurance
We recommend that you take out travel insurance for your trip and if you
wish, we can arrange this for you. Alternatively, try the Travel-Quest
