Please note: Some items in our holiday terms and conditions
listed below relate specifically to the annual holiday at Alhaurin el Grande.
Holidays in Almodóvar del Rio are subject to similar terms, although times etc.
will be different.
Flamenco
Dance and Guitar Holidays: We organise your flights, transfers,
accommodation, courses etc. At Alhaurin a representative from Flamenco
Holidays will be available before, during and immediately after dance classes
should you have any problems. We will help organise performances and informal
outings which you may join should you wish. Please note:
we do not provide a tour guide service and will not be resident at your hotel.
During the holiday, Cherry can be contacted in Spain on her Spanish mobile
number 657241139 where you can leave a message if there is no reply. At
Almodóvar, a representative from Flamenco Holidays may not always be
present, but there will be a named contact from the Flamenco School who will be
available to assist you throughout your stay.
Flights to Malaga and transfers: If you are travelling from the
UK, your flights will be included in the price of your holiday. We use one of
the Budget Airlines and aim to use flights which get into Malaga Airport around 10.00 am.
to 12 noon (Alhaurin) on the Sunday of the start of holiday. It may be necessary for you to
wait in the Cafe area for all of the group to land (if on different flights)
before we can leave for the hotel. This usually works well for everyone and this
way we can include the cost of transfer to the hotel in the price of your
holiday and generally keep prices down. If it has been necessary for us to book
you a flight outside of the usual times, we will make individual transfer
arrangements with you.
For the Alhaurin holiday, if you have booked your own flights and your
flight arrives between 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon, we MAY be able to collect you from
the airport if we have space available. There will be a charge for this service.
If we have no space and if your flight arrives later than 12 noon, you will need
to make your own transfer arrangements. A taxi would be your best option. For
the Almodóvar holiday, we can provide only the complete package,
including travel. You will be met at Malaga airport and transfers to/from
Almodóvar are included.
Transfers and Return Flights: We use flights which depart on the
final Sunday morning (Alhaurin) or Sunday afternoon/evening (Almodóvar) of
the holiday. It is usually necessary to leave the hotel at around 7.30 am. and
we take the whole group together, or separate groups. Depending upon your
flight, you may have to wait an additional hour or so before your check-in time
at the airport. If it has been necessary for us to book you a flight later than
the usual times and you need to wait longer, you will need to consider how you
will spend your waiting time. We can give you ideas about places to go, things
to do, depending upon how much time you have. For the Alhaurin holiday,
if you have booked your own flights and your flight leaves at a similar time to
other course members, we MAY be able to take you to the airport if we have space
available. There will be a charge for this service. Otherwise, you will need to
make your own transfer arrangements. A taxi would be your best option. For the
Almodóvar holiday, we can provide only the complete package, including
travel.
Accommodation:
Rooms are officially available from 2.00 p.m. on the Sunday of arrival, but
they are usually ready for occupation when you arrive from the airport. The
hotel normally allows you to check in as soon as the room is ready. Rooms
must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the Sunday of departure.
Deposit:
A deposit of £150 is required to confirm your booking and is non-refundable
in the event of your cancellation. In the unlikely event that we cancel the
holiday, you will be offered an alternative holiday or a refund of your
deposit.
Balance:
Balance must be paid in full by the date given on your invoice. If we have
not received the balance by that date, we reserve the right to sell your
place on the holiday to someone else if demand is high. Your deposit will
not be refunded.
Supplements:
Our advertised inclusive prices are valid for holidays departing from
London, Gatwick Airport. Holidays must be booked and paid for in full by the
date specified on your invoice. If you pay your final balance after this
date, or make a booking after this date, the inclusive price may be subject
to a supplement, to cover any increased costs (if any) that we have
incurred. Only any actual costs will be passed on to you and we will discuss
this with you before you make any payment. If you have opted to use an
alternative airport to Gatwick, this may incur increased cost for us. These
costs will be passed to you as a supplement. We will notify you of any
altered price of your holiday before we take your deposit or confirm your
booking.
Insurance:
If you do not purchase insurance cover from us at the time of booking, or
provide us with proof of insurance cover, you travel at your own risk.
Please be sure you notify the insurance company of any pre-existing medical
conditions.
European Health Insurance Card: You are advised to carry with you a
European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). This replaces the old E1 11. For

Booking:
A legally binding contract will be formed when we have received your deposit
and confirmed your booking reference by e-mail or by post. You will receive
an invoice for the outstanding balance, confirmation of your travel
arrangements and your protection under our Air Travel Organiser's Licence
number 9143. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure
that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you
have paid to us for an advance booking. For further information visit the

Data Protection and Privacy Statement: Flamenco Holidays is committed to respecting your privacy and we would like to explain how any personal information collected through the Flamenco Holiday web site at www.flamencoholidays.com will be used. We will protect the confidentiality of the information you provide and we will process all personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Collection of personal information: If you submit your details by sending us an email enquiry or by making a booking, your details will be recorded by Flamenco Holidays.
Processing of data: The personal data we collect is used by us to send you information from time to time by email or to contact you by telephone or letter about our holidays and our company.
We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
In order to improve our level of service to you, we use an online booking form. The data that you provide to us is transmitted via a third party located in the US. This company uses automated software to make sure all fields are completed correctly before passing the data to us.
Cookies: We use cookies on our website. This enables us to personalise your experience of our website by recording details about the use of the site as a file on your computer. You may disable the use of cookies. However, this may limit the functionality of web pages on our website, or your access to our website.
Modifying or removing personal information: Any changes to our privacy policy in future will be posted to this website.
